DONT PANIC!!!

Never panic and chase your losses. If you have researched a bet and things went wrong, don't try to get the money back on the next available event. Keep cool and remember Scarlett O'Hara's "After all tomorrow is another day", or your hard earned money could be gone with the wind. For this reason I am not a fan of Credit Accounts. It is too easy to know the statement is due and too tempting to try and clear the debt. Or just as bad, knowing you are in credit, could lead to a casual unresearched bet that throws money away.
Switch accounts are much better, win or lose, it is easier to forget about the bet. Just forget that you may have started the month or year badly, never be tempted to win back some nagging figure in one go. If you attempt to win back a large sum lost previously, it could be like trying to climb a really steep and high sand dune, one step forward and two steps back. Some punters devise a staking plan and stick to it rigidly. This may limit chasing your losses, but can prohibit a larger bet on a selection that is particularly strong. I prefer to judge each bet on its merits. If you are showing a decent profit from a bookmaker but only on one particular sport, try spread other your other types of bets his way, if after shopping around, his prices are OK.
One thing bookmakers really dislike is a punter who is very selective in his bets and showing a profit. For every £1000 they lose they have to take 200 x £5 bets, just to get it back.
Join the elite set of punters now who are making their football bets pay bigtime!!
